Only a Notary Will stays Private and Protects your family

Only a Notary Will ensures that your Will's contents, your financial affairs and home address remain 100% private & confidential (after you are gone);

Consequently, only a Notary Will provides full protection of your family's personal and financial security (after you are gone).

Here's why:

o A Notary Will is the only type of Will that does not require the Court verification process known as Probate, when settling an estate.

By avoiding Probate, your Will is not being deposited into the Court records and is not running the risk of having its contents and your personal life exposed to third party scrutiny:

- prying individuals and predators cannot access the personal contents of your Will, cannot figure out your financial affairs, nor can they identify where your family lives, by simply going to the local courthouse and pulling out your Will probate file
(NB. Lawyers Wills, Handwritten Wills and Do-it-yourself Will kits are publicly accessible in this manner because they all require Probate and therefore all run the risk of compromising your family's privacy and confidentiality, and consequently, their personal and financial security, after you are gone.)

- Consequently, by avoiding Probate, a Notary Will's contents and your family's personal financial affairs and home address remain completely private and confidential.

o By safeguarding the privacy of your Will, your family's most intimate personal and financial affairs and where they live, you minimize the risk of prying individuals or unscrupulous predators trying to take advantage of your spouse or children after your death, when they are at their most vulnerable and susceptible to possible exploitation:

- protect their privacy by shielding them from third parties trying to contact them
- protect them from others trying to buy your home, car(s), artwork, business or investment assets at less than fair market value
- protect them from being manipulated due to a lack of familiarity with all of your personal and private affairs
- protect them from others trying to get them to commit to new contracts and arrangements which are prejudicial to their own interests (ie. new investment deals, new management arrangements, special requests for money, etc.)

Only our Wills ensure that your personal family affairs remain 100% private and confidential after you are gone. Don't leave things to chance by doing an informal Will. The protection of your family's personal and financial security is at stake!

If you have one of the three informal Wills that need to be probated, it is clearly in your family's interest to redo them as formal Notary Wills. Please contact us to learn how easy it is to solve these problems by creating formal new Wills.
